Tues., Jan. 29, 2008              Announce to Senate nominations for the following positions:

Final deadline Tuesday, March 11, at noon

                                               --President-Elect who also serves as IFO Board

--One (1) IFO Board Member (2 year term)

--One (1) IFO Negotiator (2 year term)

--Secretary

--Treasurer

Tues., Feb. 12, 2008              Announce nominees for the above positions to Senate (incl. deadline)

Wed., Feb. 13, 2008              Send out email containing the following information        :       

--Calling for nominees for President-Elect; IFO Board; and IFO Negotiator

--Announce nominees for these positions from Senate

--Call for nominees for FA Standing Committees

--Include deadline date Tuesday, March 11, 2008, noon

Thurs., Feb. 21, 2008            Announce all nominees, and ask for additional nominees (incl. deadline)

Tues., Feb. 26, 2008              Ask Senators to help solicit nominees from their departments

Thurs., Feb. 28, 2008            Send out email and hard copy update announcement of nominees for University-wide positions and College/Unit

Standing Committees, and ask for additional nominees (incl. deadline)

Tues. March 11, 2008            Final deadline for all nominees by noon!

                                                Same deadline for President-Elect, IFO Board, and Negotiator candidates who wish to include their statements with ballots

Wed., Mar. 12, 2008              Send list and sample ballot to the Elections Committee

Thurs., Mar. 20, 2008            Send out ballots

Thurs., Apr. 3, 2008              Ballots due back by noon

Mon., Apr. 7, 2008                 Count ballots

Tues., Apr. 8, 2008                Announce election results to Senate
