• Motion to approve minutes of the April 8, 2009 meeting by Li, second by Gaumnitz – approved.
• Proposals:

Motion to approve Accounting Program Change, Accounting Program Change on dual courses, Routine Editorial Changes for 380, 381, 382, 390, and 480/590 proposal by Gaumnitz, second by Li

             – approved

Motion to approve Marketing 416 Routine Editorial Change (UDWR was approved by assessment committee April 14, 2009) by Gaumnitz, second by Li -- approved

• New Business:

UCC suggests that it wants the CCC rep name for Fall 2009.

      Still waiting for FIRE and MKTG

• Will be meeting next Wednesday to discuss MBA courses
• Motion to adjourn by Gaumnitz, second by Li – approved.
