c. Facilitator for Meet and Confer Retreat

Motion that we pay for half the cost, up to $250, of the facilitator for the Meet and Confer Retreat (Schoenberger/Foster) passed

5. Old Business

c.             First Amendment Policy

Motion to recommend that Student Government and the other Unions be offered representation on the First Amendment Policy committee. (Butenhoff/Schoenberger)

Motion that the Senate vote for the two FA representatives on the First amendment Policy Committee (Larkin/Kilborn)

k. Transfer Specialists

Motion that this is an appropriate process for determining transferability of individual general education courses as long as faculty participants are selected by the IFO (Kilborn/Schoenberger) passed

6.             New Business:

                                g.             Zero enrollment courses

Motion that  all courses that the AVP deletes over the objections of the department be noted back to the faculty association with an explanation (McKenna/Schoenberger) passed
