Motion that if the Administration wants the Faculty Association’s endorsement of a University policy or statement, it must be presented to the Faculty Association in a timely manner for consideration by the FA Executive Committee or Senate. (McKenna/Pesch) passed unanimously

6. New Business

a. Proposal for Mediation/Facilitation on FA/Adm relationship

Motion consistent with our repeated requests to have faculty input to have a faculty team assess the Cultural Audit Study and to make a recommendation to the Faculty Association on how to proceed with it. (Foster/Schoenberger) passed

d. Hiring Manual

Motion to form an Ad-Hoc Committee to review the draft of Unclassified Personnel Hiring Manual. (Larkin/Johnson) passed
