b.                   EEOC & JCRC Report Task Force

Motion to support the formation of a task force to study and make recommendations in response to the EEOC and JCRC reports and the pending studies (NICHOLS & Rankin). (Schoenberger/Ore) passed

 

                Motion to go into Executive Session for the grade appeal hearing. (Foster/Ore) passed

                Motion to move out of Executive Session (Pesch/Larkin) passed

 

                Motion to move to agenda item 6.c. (Larkin/Inkster) passed

 

                Motion to move into Executive Session (Ore/Foster) passed

                Motion to move out of Executive Session (Ore/Foster) failed

 

                Motion to extend the meeting to 5:30 p.m. (Ore/Foster) passes

Motion that the FA executive Committee requests that the faculty representatives on the Provost Search Committee do everything in their power to expedite this process to make it possible for candidate interviews to occur on campus prior to May 14, 2002. (Foster/Kilborn) passed
