1. Call to order at 4:15 p.m.
 
2. New Business
a. Faculty Senate Emergency meeting of April 16, 2002

Motion that the agenda for the emergency Senate meeting be placed on the listserv to apprise all faculty of the reason for holding this special meeting. (Foster/Ore) passed

Motion therefore, a vote of confidence in administrative leadership to resolve these problems will be taken at the Faculty Senate meeting of April 23, 2002. Furthermore, the President and Chancellor will be informed of these issues and the forthcoming vote. The Chancellor will be requested to urgently intervene to insure that steps be taken immediately to resolve these problems. (Foster/All) passed without dissent
