Motion to move to item 6.a. Executive Session FA Ethics Committee Grade Appeal (Kilborn/Maloney) passed.

 

Motion to enter executive session (Schoenberger/Foster) passed.

 

Motion to leave executive session (Ore/Foster) passed.

 

Item 6.b. Issues Negotiations Report (from meetings of April 21 and 29, 2002)

 

Motion that we support a committee of investigation concerning fixed term positions in the College of Social Sciences to determine the bases of the decisions to terminate positions in the College and allegations concerning retaliation and favoritism and consistent application of policy with a progress report to the FA President by May 6, 2002 (Larkin/Schoenberger) passed.

 

Motion to move to item 6.d. DGS Request for Sanctioned Meeting (Maloney/Johnson) passed.

 

Motion to grant the request for a sanctioned meeting between the DGS Advisory Committee and AVP Ruth Meyer to continue discussing the actions items on the memorandum of March 27, 2002, from the DGS Advisory Committee to Ruth Meyer (Johnson/Maloney) passed.
