1.      Call to order at 3:25 p.m.

2.      Approval of Minutes

a.      Executive Committee: October 17, 2006—approved at Senate October 24, 2006.

3.      Treasurer’s Report—to be given at the first meeting of the month.

4.      Announcements

a.      Meet and Confer Agenda—attached, please bring on Thursday.

b.      Budget Advisory Group—Palmer advised that the next meeting is November 7.

5.      Call for new agenda items—Larkin volunteered to look at the Zmora Agreement with Steve Hornstein, who had volunteered previously.

6.      Unfinished Business

a.      EPT committees, Document for PDP template (EC 091906 7.d) (EC 101706 6.b)—the group met once and reviewed materials from Pat Arsenault. They will meet again November 9th.    

7.   New Business

d.   Extra funds in Article 19 (3:30 p.m. time definite)—guests arrived at 3:30 p.m. There was discussion. Schoenberger invited guests to Meet and Confer Thursday.

6.   Unfinished Business

b.      Outcome of Promotions Process—Provost has offered Rex Veeder’s assistance in looking at the Zmora Agreement.

c.       Holocaust Center Advisory Committee Questions—there was discussion. This will be removed from the agenda.

d.      1.B.1 investigations and procedure (4:45 p.m. time definite)—discussed.

7.      New Business

a.      Prerequisite Checking—not discussed.

b.      Alcohol Policy at IFO—not discussed.

c.       Article 28 Arbitration—not discussed.

d.      Extra funds in Article 19 (3:30 p.m. time definite)—discussed above.
