d. Next Senate Meeting: January 5, 2010—this is the first meeting of the year and on the first day back on campus and a quorum will be a problem and there will be no staff available to prepare the agenda so without object the meeting was cancelled.

a. Pictures on Class Lists (FS 040108 9.g.). Student Government Academic Affairs Committee Resolution concerning Student Pictures on Class rosters (FS120809 8.a)—Jaede talked about the resolution and said the next step is to take this to Meet and Confer.
b. Electronic Voting (FS112508 9.d.1) (Dorn)—motion referred to IFO
c. Request for Faculty Advisory Committee from Theresia Fisher (FS 1020009 9.b)—Fisher spoke to Senate about her program in Continuing Studies, Alternative Dispute Resolution. She wants to establish a faculty advisory committee.
Motion that Senate invite Theresia Fisher draft and submit a proposal for a Faculty Advisory Committee for the Institute for ADR consistent with the FA constitution and FA committee structure—(Mullens/Karasik). Passed
d. Request from student government for liaisons between Faculty and Student Senates—this will be dropped from the agenda since we haven’t heard from Student Senate.
e. Resource Allocation (Kalia)—Kalia asked for specific information on: 1) Breakdown of allocations college-wise with expenses; 2) Budget and expenses on International Centers; 3) Herberger Foundation Award and Terms and Conditions.
