Assessment Grants

Committee members discussed the finalized version of the 2009-10 Assessment Grant Application, Request for Proposals, Scoring Rubric, and Report form. The discussion focused on the new, third category, which is being funded by Undergraduate Studies, as well as, the inability to offer a category for General Education GETGOs (General Education Teams for Goal Oversight) because of the fall application deadline. The three approved categories are:

 

1. implementing program assessment plans

2. disseminating assessment findings and using findings for program improvement

3. using assessment findings for course delivery and course improvements in         high failure 100 and 200 level courses (Undergraduate Studies Funding)
