G.R. Herberger College Curriculum Committee (CCC) meeting minutes for 12/14/2009

Meeting started at 11:00am. Room CH. 408

• In attendance: Gaumnitz, Yoshimoto, Li, Roth

• Motion to approve minutes of the November 23, 2009 meeting by Li, second by Gaumnitz – approved.
• Motion to approve Routine editorial change proposal for MGMT 301 by Li, second by Gaumnitz – approved.
• Motion to approve New course proposal for MKTG 344, Program change proposal for Marketing, Routine editorial change for MKTG 404, and Routine editorial change proposal for MKTG 429 by Li, second by Gaumnitz – approved.

Changing from requiring MKTG 429 to offering as an elective, reducing the number of credits from 30 to 27, making MKTG 404 the designated UDWR.

• Other topics for further consideration:  PHIL 484 (does it cover what we need it to cover or can we substitute another course) and Independent study/arranged course (caps on what a student may take during a term and for their program)
