1. Motion:  Sheehan and Hofmann to co-chair COE Curriculum Committee 09-10 academic year.  Worner/Thompson.  Passed unanimously.

2. Motion: Sheehan and Hornstein to serve as COE representatives to UCC 09-10 academic year.  Worner/Thompson.  Passed unanimously.

3. Motion: Kathy Johnson to serve as COE representative to General Education committee. Parault/Hornstein. Passed unanimously.

4. Motion: Approve General Education program. Worner/Hornstein.  Passed unanimously.

5. Approve September 23, 2009 agenda.  Worner/Thompson.  Passed unanimously.

6. Motion:  Approve: CEEP.  Routine Editorial. Course Number. Course Title. CEEP 863 Lifespan Human Development.  Parault/Worner.  Motion withdrawn.  Clarification of course being linked to a program.   Committee would need a program change form.

7. Motion:  HPERSS. Routine Editorial. Course Description.  REC 444 Senior Internship.  Hornstein/Parault.  Passed unanimously.

8.   HURL. Routine Editorial. Drop. HURL 301 Non-Oppressive Relationships ll. Withdrawn from agenda.

9.   HURL. New Course Proposal.  HURL 301 Global Social & Environmental Justice. Withdrawn from  agenda.

10.  Motion: HURL. New Course Proposal.  HURL 419/519 Genocide and Oppression. Hornstein/Thompson. Passed unanimously pending: change objectives and add statement regarding resources.

11.  Motion:  CEHEEP. Routine Editorial.  Decrease Course Credits, Grading Options.  CEHEEP HIED 899 Dissertation.  Worner/Thompson.  Passed unanimously.

12.   ELCP.  New Program Proposal.  Doctorate in Clinical Psychology.  Withdrawn from agenda. Issues related to sign-offs and objectives to be resolved.  Committee agreed to review again on October 7, 2009.
