Kubesh moved, Petzold seconded a motion to approve the minutes of March 31. Motion passed, vote 7-0-0.

From UCC we learn that course outlines in course proposals should now be tied to student learning outcomes.

OLD BUSINESS

Bekkala moved, Kubesh seconded a motion to remove from the table and approve the RE proposal for AVIT 107 – Diversity in Aviation. The changes indicated in the proposal do not exceed 35% of the course’s content. Motion passed, vote 8-0-0.

Kubesh moved, Bekkala seconded a motion to approve a PC from MME to change an elective course in Engineering Management. Motion passed, vote 8-0-0.

NEW BUSINESS

Bekkala moved, Kubesh seconded a motion to approve two proposals from ETS:

-          PC – Drop the Research Track of MS in Environmental and Technological Studies and change the program’s name.

-          RE – Change MS in Environmental and Technological Studies to MS in Technology Education

Because the PC modifies the program name, the RE is redundant, but the PC indicates that two courses will be dropped from the university, so there should be two REs for these drops. Bekkala moved, Kubesh seconded a motion to table these proposals pending resolution of these issues. Motion passed, vote 8-0-0.

Meeting adjourned at 1:35pm.
