4. Announcements/Status Reports
a. Grievance Report—Hergert gave an update.
b. IFO Board and other elections status—elections are under way.
5. Call for new agenda items—Administrative Searches (Ore) 7.b
6. Unfinished Business
a. Response to Budget Proposed Actions—to be taken off the agenda.
b. Strategic Program Appraisal—Jaede gave an update. There was discussion on this topic. Lisa Foss and the Provost will be attending the next Senate meeting. Jaede would like to schedule another open session but would like EC’s input on this.
c. St. Cloud Human Rights Office—the resolution has been given to the Mayor and City Council. Jaede gave an update.
d. MOA on 9-month appointments—Jaede will get more advice from the IFO before moving forward on.
7. New Business
a. Meet and Confer September 17—EC discussed their strategy for M&C.
b. Administrative Searches (Ore)—Ore asked about faculty rights about picking a chair for Administrative Searches and asked for this to be on Meet and Confer’s agenda.
