Dear Colleagues,

I am pleased to announce that Dr. Diana Lawson has accepted the position of Dean of the Herberger College of Business.  Dr. Lawson earned her B.S. degree from SUNY Cortland and an M.A., M.B.A. and Ph.D. from Kent State University.  Her doctorate was in Marketing with a minor in International Business.  She served as Associate Dean and Interim Dean of the College of Business, Public Policy and Health at the University of Maine, where she was also on the faculty for fourteen years.  Most recently, she occupied the Harvey Randall Wickes Chair in International Business at Saginaw Valley State University in Michigan.  Dr. Lawson brings great enthusiasm and extensive experience in international business to her new position.
